Shuttle bookings can be made online or by phone. Once credit card has been received, we need to review your quoted details to send you an email confirmation. Your reservation is not final and confirmed until we email you a booking confirmation.
Our transportation services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel nor confirm any reservation requests due to vehicle shortages and unavailability. We will give your ample time to seek other transportation options.
Pick ups from hotel, home or business: Will be notified you once driver arrives and is waiting outside. Drivers are usually at location 5-15 minutes before pick up time to ensure that you arrive to your destination on time due to traffic. If there is a delay we will notify you by phone or text.
Pick ups from the airport: Your driver is already waiting once you land.
We pride in providing dependable on time service, however due to the severe traffic it is not always guaranteed.
Vehicles of Service
Depending on how many passengers that booked, these are the vehicle(s) that we may use:
15 passenger vans, 12 passenger vans, town cars, SUV, sedans, Charter Buses.
Note: Depending on the availability of vehicles.
Additional stop for grocery or other pickup’s must be mentioned before booking the reservation. There is an extra fee and time limit allowed for each stop. Hourly Charter is excluded.
Hourly Charter Service
Available with a minimum of 4 hours.
Clean Up Fee
There is a minimum $25 clean up fee that will be charge for any type of accidents incurred during the service (spills, vomiting, etc).
Pricing / Quoted Fare Mistakes
We try very hard to make sure there are no mistakes in our fare quotations. In the unlikely event that a mistake happens, you agree that Payless Airport Shuttle will not be bound by that incorrect quoted fare. If a mistake is discovered and you haven’t been charged yet, we will let you know the correct fare, and you will be given the option to continue with your booking at the correct quoted fare or cancel it.
Cancellation and No Show Fee
All reservation cancellations must be done via email. We can only confirm your cancellation request by email to make it effective. All call or text cancellation will not be entertained.
Cancellation made less than 6 hours prior to pick up time will be charged the full fare of the trip.
Cruise Terminal arrivals require 24 hours before the ship docks in order to cancel and not get charged the full fare.
“No Show” without prior cancellation will be charged the full fare. No Exceptions.
