We needed a shuttle from Long Beach airport to the NCL cruise terminal for six of us after we found out that NCL couldn't help us. From reservations to pick up and drop off, we couldn't have asked for better service! Prices were reasonable and the Payless staff communicated often with clear instructions. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Wonderful service and communication. Used Payless for our family to transfer from SNA airport and was happy how punctual they were. Communication was quick and they confirmed the trip the day before also were very flexible when our flight was delayed 3 hours. They also have car seats available for the little ones. Thanks!

Arrived at Long Beach for my birthday week and we could not leave the airport because my sister's bag did not arrive with her flight. Kim and Kendra were amazing and understanding about our delay. Although we had to pay for our first shuttle that was at the airport on time to pick us up, they worked with us to make sure that we had the documentation we needed to be reimbursed by the Airlines. And they arranged for another shuttle to come and pick us up at a later time so we could wait at the airport for our luggage to arrive. The car that we were picked up in was clean and had enough legroom for me to sit comfortably in the back, being a tall person this is super important to me. Kim our driver was very pleasant. And mayI add for the same cost as an Uber or a Lyft you experience door to door car service, affordable and worth every penny! 🙂 I would totally recommend the shuttle service, Payless Airport Shuttle service if you if you are ever in Long Beach, CA! Five stars all the way!!!!

Very responsive with both estimates and confirmation and use of services. Not a luxury ride but very functional and accommodated our family of 9 easily and comfortably for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again!

Shuttle was there on time and very prompt. Very convient to board at Long Beach Airport. Took all 10 of us, including 2 children in booster seats, to our hotel near Disneyland. We also used Payless Shuttle when we left Disneyland and returned to Long Beach Airport 5 days later. Highly recommend Payless Shuttle.

The easiest way for us to get to and from Disneyland from SNA airport with our little one. They have car seats pre installed and ready for use when they show up. The few times we’ve used them they have been punctual and a pleasure to use. We will continue to use them for future travel.

I'm so glad we found this company! Their quoted price was great! Then, even though it was quoted weeks before our travel date, I called last minute to confirm and book the reservation. I expected a possible bait and switch with an increased last minute price. To my surprise there was no increase, nor hidden fees. Just good, honest service for the same low price we discussed a month ago. We had friendly drivers each direction with knowledge about the area including good eating locations, where to meet, what to expect on our cruise (completely unaffiliated), and local tricks for getting around more easily and future vacation ideas in the area. Excellent text communication with someone who was in a remote location providing live updates on the shuttle van. No language barrier. I will use this company in the future to take anxiety out of my travel plans. You can absolutely count on them for a decent transportation fee.
